Foster ships FOB Warminster, PA through a national network of reliable carriers for fast service and freight savings. There is a $20 service fee for all shipments. Warranties
What sets us apart from others in the industry is our personalized service and unprecedented 5 year general warranty on all parts (except blades, cutting wheels, clamping strips, site line strips and motors) and 20 year warranty on the bearings used in the cutting head on all Keencut™ products.  Rotatrim™ products are fully warranted for 5 years on all parts (except cutting wheels and clamping strips).  All other products including the Rotatrim MonoRail and PowerTech are warranted for one year under normal use.

No Questions Asked Return Policy
30 Day No Hassle Return Policy.  We will take back any items you have ordered incorrectly. Just call our customer service department and request a Return Goods Authorization. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged on the net selling price plus shipping. You are fully protected by our return policy which we enclose with each order.
